Dirt City Music Association is a local charity that is focused on providing opportunities for music education and preserving and promoting the West Texas Music Heritage. Our goal is to ensure that everyone has access to music education, regardless of their socio-economic status. We believe that music has the power to change lives and bring communities together, and we are committed to making that a reality in West Texas.
